Scope of Services

Print Nest provides personalized print studio services for small-batch merchandise and gift items, subject to item availability, file review, quantity review, and confirmation of the requested print method. Any order remains subject to acceptance by Print Nest.

Orders and Payment

Prices are normally quoted by base item, print method, quantity, and variants. Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed during the order process, and no order is binding until the required payment or other agreed confirmation is received.

Customer Content

Customer-provided artwork, names, lists, and instructions must be accurate and lawful. Print Nest may request clarification, may decline unsuitable content, and may suspend production until the approved proof and personalization list are confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Nest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Print Nest does not guarantee exact color matching, identical results across materials or batches, or suitability for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
